I am seriously thinking of sending a letter to one of my families house elves. At least for some decent sandwiches. But I'd have to be careful, if Mother finds out.... I don't want her storming in here.

I am so glad that I have learned some of those domestic charms. Makes doing my own laundry easy.

[ooc: for anyone who sees Draco in the hallways, he doesn't look like the strike is effecting him at all. He's clean and smells probably of fresh laundry. Let the harassment begin!]

I hate camping... I hate it!

I now have a broken wrist... and my ankle has been twisted and must remained wrapped for the next few days. So I have a very nice limp.

Also I keep having this very horrible nightmare where I stripped off all of my robes and dived into a hidden lake or something in the forest...

Daphne, Tracey... PLEASE tell me it was just a dream....

Camping??? They want me to go Camping??? Are they all out of their minds???

Not only did I nearly kill myself choking on my breakfast when the old coot announced this craziness, but they expect me to go into the forest???

Stress over tryouts is over... Now I can focus on training and actually, maybe, hopefully win at least one game against Gryffindor this year.

Just learned that Quidditch try-outs for the Slytherin team will take place on the 12th. From what I remember we need Chasers and a Keeper.

Slughorn is sure pushing the limits with potions. I don't think Snape would have EVER assigned a potion as complex as the Amortentia potion. NEWT level at least! It is slightly terrifying to know that the others in the class will now know how to create it. I'll be making a house elf test my food until Christmas.

I have to admit though, the smells were nice. The mist from a waterfall always calms me, mix that with mint and chocolate, and nothing can smell better. I'm slightly confused on the other smell, something that reminded me of someone I do NOT want to be close enough to smell. It's kind of irritating.
